Good to hear you are liking it, I still think that my next chair will be a brand new Herman Miller, mainly because I love my current second hand one.
But the price is off-putting, especially when this one is still working and isn't showing any real wear

Most of the time you can cancel now and it just continues until the end of the month anyway.
They can't legally cut you off now if you cancel now without giving a refund.

1TB NVMe drive... Slowly moving games across onto it. Then I can get rid of my external HDD... maybe plug it directly into my router as a network storage drive

Yeah Discord is only 50% voice chat... the other half is a stupid chat room where people occasionally talk shit or just put random pictures in.

It looks pretty cool so far, will be interesting to see how long the single player story is though...
VR is confirmed though, so very much looking forward to it for that alone

It is set in a fictional island because they got in a lot of hot water from Bolivia for the last game.

I haven't really done the Panther class... have done a lot of the Healer and Engineer. Enjoy having the little gun drone hovering around me shooting things... And the self revive on the Medic is a lifesaver (Literally!) especially when playing solo. I do enjoy killing behemoths though, I just need t...

Terminator mission was interesting, I have only done the first one so far, I think there are more. I did find a factory with heaps of them in it... Also there are Splinter Cell missions too where you actually work with the Splinter Cell guy (I don't remember his name) Flying a helicopter is way easi...

Thought it best to continue discussion here. Yes it comes up in UPlay, so I always launch from there, as that also gives the option of launching using Vulkan rather than direct x, where the Epic store doesn't. I have it set so there are gear levels, and some enemies (Large tanks) do have health bar...

Re: Show us your latest purchase - Autumn 2020
How are you finding clearing bases etc.? As Neko said above, if we were inside a base enemies would spawn around us left right and centre, within 10 meters mostly. Everything would be quiet, then a guy spawns and starts lighting you up. It was very, very broken. Haven't had that at all. Once a base...

Re: Show us your latest purchase - Autumn 2020
I have been playing it lately and they have fixed lots of things, including getting rid of the gear levels if you want. You can play it very similar to Wildlands now. I have actually really enjoyed it, playing it like The Division though and not thinking of it as a war sim game and its fine. Much mo...

Easter without a family catch up wasn't the same, mental health has taken a complete tumble, and now I am attempting to home school while still working as much as possible.
Honestly I am waiting for the inevitable complete mental breakdown at the moment.

Re: Fleeting/Random/Thoughts
Haha, this one cost my just over $500. Which is bloody cheap for a VR headset these days. Also it is a headset not sold in Australia, which meant I had to buy from Amazon US and get it shipped across. Arrived 6 days earlier than the estimated date though. Just tried out Superhot VR, I managed to pun...
