Re: Recommend me a new keyboard

I decided on another membrane keyboard, the AZIO Vision Large Font Keyboard KB505U It does everything my previous keyboard pretty much does and isn't especially clicky, the quality of the lighting could be better though as it shines out from under the keys, but for $58 it seems it will do the job. S...

Re: Recommend me a new keyboard

The reason I got the MS Sidewinder x4 is because there is no click per say, when I press a key. My previous keyboards would click and in a household at night my parents would complain I was keeping them awake cause they could hear the incessant clicking as I typed. I guess I'll go look at a few in t...

Re: Recommend a monitor!

Currently I am looking at the ASUS MG279Q 144Hz 27in IPS FreeSync Eyecare Gaming Monitor $800, bit too expensive for me, but ticks all the boxes except one.

Recommend me a new keyboard

My old MS Sidewinder x4 has bit the dust, I was starting to think I had a virus but no it's the keyboard. The keys 0,o,l and , would do things they aren't meant to do, upon inspection when I opened the keyboard I discovered they were all on the same circuit path... which says it all. I like backlit ...

Re: New Mobile - $300-$400

Depends on what you really want to do...

I use my phone as a phone, not for anything else.

My last phone can currently be bought for $10 at Target, which made me lol, currently with Amaysim As You Go plan $10 for 90 days, so $40/year.

Just seen Aldi doing a plan on the Telstra network $15/year.

In the finish I used Google to get one, trying to get 1 from the actual Ubuntu site is apparently impossible. I have a question, being that we are all on these forums as a group of possibly like minded individuals, could we create our own ISP and supply Internet to ourselves at cost :?: I know that sounds like a funny question, but it'd be cheaper for us all and a major headache I'm sure to setup, but it co...
