Re: Diablo III

More space plz! Can always use more space. Even with being able to turn in legendaries with the cube, I need more space!

Would love it if they dropped a new expansion on us. Not sure that's even on the cards?

Re: Fallout 4

Ordinarily I would say PC is a must for a Bethesda game, but they are hoping to have mods come to consoles this time. If they can pull that off the difference narrows considerably. Won't be getting all the fancy texture packs, but if someone builds a new Vault I could see that getting in.

Re: OpenTTD

Hadn't checked in with OpenTTD in a while, had no idea anyone was doing anything so ambitious as a new industrial system. That's awesome. Holler if you do get FIRS going, would definitely be interested in having a go.

Re: OpenTTD

For those who don't know what OpenTTD is, it's an open source game based on Transport Tycoon, a classic simulation game. You can find the official website here: https://www.openttd.org/en/ You run a transport company, plot routes for buses and cargo trucks, build train lines and shipping routes and ...

Re: Getting people to move

Maybe something to do with you already being part of the website as a contributor? Those systems aren't tied together. It might be due to signing up earlier than most though, not sure. More tweaking! Myth - probably. I'll have a look. Mr Punkley has fixed it, all good now. Unless anyone else is hav...

Re: Fleeting/Random/Thoughts

I tend to have them enabled or not on a case by case basis. Some forums people like to have signatures that dwarf the content of their post. Ain't got time for that nonsense! Slaine was making the GON admin/mod sigs back in the day, I think Chucky may have taken over more recently? I seem to recall ...

I got your PM jambo but I can't reply to it. Must be post count based, might need some tweaking.

Re: List of issues

New issue - no ability to PM people, lack the permissions to do so. It suggests participating more, so I assume it's a post count thing to deter driveby spammers.

Re: Fallout 4

Have had my preorder in for a month now, it's looking ridiculously good.

Here's the launch trailer they put out today, if people haven't seen it yet.

(Also, a test of the YouTube tag!)

Re: List of issues

New Posts is available via the Quick Links menu in the top left.

Would rather avatars on the left too. Not sure how easy that is to change without doing the whole skinning business to make it look all Player Attack-y. :)

Re: what forums?

The genre/platform divisions really only matter if it starts to get crowded anyway. Just thought that might be a better fit for here.

I wasn't terribly interested until I found out you can build on the moon. That made me a lot more interested!

Does it still offer the daily/weekly challenges that Anno 2070 was doing?

Re: what forums?

Should the gaming forums be divided by PC/Console or rather the genre? e.g. FPS, RPG, MMO, RTS/TBS, Everything Else? Just thinking of the imminent release of some cross-platform titles like Fallout 4, Battlefront and COD. Maybe a "New Releases" category, with individual forums for big name releases?...

Maybe a Mobile/Handheld or boardgames forum?

One specifically for the TV show? Maybe just let that filter in wherever seems best to people.

Re: List of issues

1. Avatars are limited to 6kb.
2. Default new user permissions allow other users to email you, disable for anti-spam purposes!

I may come back with more. :P
