What are you watching?
What are you watching?
I'm still gradually making my way through M*A*S*H. I'm half-way through season 4 and I've decided I like BJ and Potter a lot more than Trapper or Blake. It's nice when character replacements work well.
So what are you watching?

Oh I really enjoyed Orange Is the New Black but I never ended up watching season 3. I should get around to that eventually.Mearehear wrote:House of Cards! Just finished making my way through Orange is the New Black, and moved on to that.

I'll be honest, I started losing a little interest during season 3, but it's still worth a watch.
Also, M.A.S.H. marathons are always great!

Not much at the moment, I'm not really enjoying the new season of Supernatural, it had picked up a lot but I'm not feeling it and I'm unsure as to whether I'll keep watching it or just pull the plug. The early seasons really were the best, and they'll never hit those highs again.
The Kingdom is back on, so I'm enjoying that too - easily my favourite series at the moment.

Re: What are you watching?
This is funny because I just got back into Supernatural earlier this week after dropping out when season 6 started, simply because of how stupid it was. I am enjoying it a little bit more this time around though, I have heard it picks up a bit again bit still nothing like the first couple of seasons.Disco wrote:Not much at the moment, I'm not really enjoying the new season of Supernatural, it had picked up a lot but I'm not feeling it and I'm unsure as to whether I'll keep watching it or just pull the plug. Yeah, after Season 6 they really dropped the ball for a while, it did pick up over the last two seasons though and I was really enjoying it.
Back into this season and it's just gone downhill again
The first 4 or 5 seasons are great though and will always be something that I watch every few years. Anyone who doesn't have a crush on Dean or Sam is a liar (Team Dean ftw).

Sooooo good
Also working my way through Battlestar again, now that I've got my home cinema system set up properly.

Re: What are you watching?
Just finished Baby Daddy on netflix, seasons 1 to 4... my eyes were square after that. Try to move at least once every few episodes I tell you.
Then binged the entire season of Young and Hungry (2015)
And now I'm looking for something similar in the sitcom genre of those two.

I'm slowly working my way through The Simpsons, started at s1e01 and I'm currently somewhere in season 7. The classic episodes are still great, but there is quite a few stinkers I'd hidden from memory

Re: What are you watching?
I've always found the first 3 seasons are a bit rough, then it really hits its stride for the next 10-12 seasons, then it drops off a bit over the next seasons, then it gets really bad from about seasons 22-25, but its gotten a better recently

Re: What are you watching?
Just watched the first of the Jack Irish telemovies starring Guy Pierce on the weekend - quite enjoyable. Also watching season 1 of Sense8 and will get into season 3 of Grimm and Orphan Black soon.
Can you let me know your thoughts of this series (or anyone else who's watched it) as my wife and I are still tossing up whether to add this to the list or not.NotThatDoug wrote:still working my way through Gotham.

Wife and I are currently working through
NCIS - up to mid point of Season 6 at the moment, which is about where I stopped watching back when it was first airing.
Frasier - I always used to rave about how great Frasier was, but my wife never believed me. We're about 5 seasons in now and she is hooked.
Archer - Watching Season 6 as it turns out I only ever watched about 4-5 episodes of it.
Last Week Tonight - John Oliver has the best news satire show on TV
The Daily Show - Trevor Noah is going a lot better than I expected. Hopefully he'll really settle in to a groove over the next 6 months
Graham Norton - Good to see he's kept the beard.
QI - Last season with Stephen Fry, it's going to be an emotional finale.
Red Dwarf - I've been going back and watching random episodes and special features to get ready for the 2 new series next year

Current season of Doctor Who... and also rewatching the X-Files in the lead up to the 6 episode event in January.
Keen to finally watch Daredevil and Jessica Jones too when it's out. Will probably do this one when housesitting for my bro in a few days time.
