While sad to hear and I loved Prince or as Triple J named him when he was the symbol "Fred" and all of his songs, I think I will need to stay away from the radio for the next few days as all it is going to be is non-stop Prince songs, like they do when any well know artist dies.

They'll smash out the songs constantly to the point you get sick of them. Besides, they'll more then likely NOT play the one song I would want to hear : Darling Nikki.

I have to admit one of the best parts of Michael Jackson dying was all the airtime he got after that, I loved it - but Prince on the other hand.. I could only name two or three songs of his

Arguing with someone on the internet and he started swearing at me first. Does that mean I win? I'm taking it as a win.

I don't think you can consider it a win until he starts talking about Nazi's.

My brother in law and his family turned up again, today, after they visited yesterday, while I'm nursing a hangover.. and now my niece will spend the next hour or two running around screaming our dogs name in a high pitch

I think an online argument is won once the other person starts insisting they weren't really arguing with you and were just trolling

Set myself a goal of being able to run 5kms non-stop by the end of June...
Attempted my first run tonight to see how unfit I am... made it 700m without stopping. FUCK!!!!

Chest is hurting the most after I finished my run, 1.2kms done with about 200m walked in that.

But I have started, and that is the hardest part :D

Nice Mini, keep it going and form a habit. I'm scared of going for a run. Really worried that I've done permanent damage to my hip joints and going for a (real) run would pretty much confirm it. 18 holes of golf just walking leaves me with a noticeable amount of pain, so yeah. Just going to pretend everything is fine.

Still alive Disco?

.... I'm still arguing with the same random internet guy about the same thing. I'm 100% right with incontrovertible proof - that he's too lazy to read and is still saying I'm wrong. So now I'm just being patronising as fuck to him. It is so much fun.

How... how'd you guys spend your weekend? :dodgy:

It's nothing that exciting. News story with a journal article source. I made some comments about it that the news story glossed over and doesn't support but the full story in journal article does. He refuses to acknowledge the journal articles existence and continues to call me out as a filthy bullshitter for 24 hours straight.

Good work dude! Starting is definitely the hardest part.

I just started back at the gym yesterday too after about 5-6mths of bugger all exercise.

I didn't see how far I went but after 10min walking warm up, I did 5min straight of running at about 8km/hr and started ran of breath. Also had trouble dumbbell pressing 12kg weights for 3 full sets... last one only did like 4... use to be able to do 18-20kg or so.

Not as big a fail as going to the movies to see Civil War... and being told it's not out yet. Not fault at least.

I still haven't gotten past the third episode of GoT. Was sick of them murdering dogs. Probably need to get back into it eventually
