VR is arguably- and I will argue- one of the most exciting tech developments out there at the moment, covering many applications from gaming to social communication. Undoubtedly though, one of the greatest uses of VR is that it will give regular ol' folks like you and I the power to explore and experience things we otherwise would never have the chance to. Case and point, The Farm 51's new project, which will allow you to explore Chernobyl and Pripyat.

GSC Game World would be more qualified to develop this since they nailed the atmosphere in the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series, or even better, work beside Farm 51. I would love to see that.
