Content moderation at scale is hard though and it's way too easy to overreach and block legitimate content (something that has been proven time and time again on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc).

Considering Steam put pretty much zero effort into moderation, some moderation would be good. Can't overreach if you don't even try.
