I want to buy this: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/28370 ... nt-4297498 but my wife insists I present a "business case." I probably don't need it but...it's Christmas!

So far I figure I can play Android Games, stream and play Steam games on the TV and browse the internet when I'm on the couch.

Can anyone help me support the "business case"???

Their is a good chance that this will be me before the day is out. I have 5 things in my basket waiting for me to pull the trigger. But on the flip side I just know that I will never speed enough time with them if I do.

Dog harness and car strap to take my puppy with me on Christmas.
Will be his first long car trip, hopefully he sits next to me in the front good for me.

And when I say puppy I mean 8 year old dog...

Hunter vomits if he is in the car for longer than about 10 minutes. I wish he loved the car :(

I'm 11 games off from 400 games in my catalogue so I've these 11 items (one a double pack) in my cart all day... 5 of which since last night. Still trying to decide their the right ones to get.

I wanna get Cities Skyline but also want to get the full pack with DLC so the current selection might just do.

Well, in all fairness, once you get close to each century it does feel it should just be an even 400, 500, 600, etc.

Just realised that my sig shows I'm 13 games off from 400... now I'm trying to work out why my library shows 350 hidden games and 39 in my active library. I've taken all the non-steam titles out of the my library (uninstalled most of them the other day to free up 250Gb). Maybe I better buy 13 games just to be sure - lol

Loved Life is Strange.

Decided to hit the purchase button in steam and netted the following:
  • The Longest Journey
  • Dreamfall
  • Batman: Arkham Asylum
  • Batman: Arkham City
  • Bastion
  • Transistor
  • Agatha Christie: The ABC Murders
  • Papers, Please
  • The Silent Age
  • Syberia
  • Syberia 2
  • Burnout Paradise
  • Age of Empires III
Mainly a chance to catch up on some classics I either haven't played in a long time or missed back in the day, as well as complete some collections but still had some recent stuff in there that intrigued me.

Freaking.. finally! About bloody time after all these years of waiting in line and twiddling of thumbs and looking at the dog's breakfast it has become and devolved into from the original FTTP vision to this inferior FTTN mess that is now available to me.. Bleh, beggars can't be choosers I suppose.
Got the email on Christmas Eve as a bit of an early present from the various notification websites I had signed up to, telling me that my area is now connected and that I am 'ready for the switch'.
Signed some unlimited 100/40 plan that costs an arm and a leg a month, god only knows what my actual speeds will be.

Hopefully I can finally get out of the stone age at least a little bit.
