New Year's Resolution to save some money? I don't think so! Show off your indulgences and purchases here.

To kick off: Time to ditch the Nespresso machine and make some real coffee. Scored during the end of year sale.

I went crazy at the second hand book store and completed my Lord of the Rings set. I bought Fellowship when I was about 11 years old...and only started reading it four weeks ago. Also one book away from completing my Footrot Flats collection.

,LVOA's my favourite Assault Rifle in The Division so it's not all bad

Finally got around to getting the usual phone accessories for the new Lumia 950. Apart from screen protector and extra data/charging cables, they had a buy 1, get another at 50% off on various cases so I bought these two...

(hopefully they've designed this camera case with some common sense and camera looks like it's being used in an upright position when the phone is held on it's side with the 'shutter' button facing up)

The nostalgia factor is strong with this purchase!

Anyway, I put a deposit down on a double trap clay thrower at Abelas. Will pay off when they actually get it.
Also, put a deposit down on a .22-250 Weatherby. Didn't want any other bugger buying it, damn good deal.

And I bought some things on Gwent (the game). Couldn't be arsed playing heaps to get 2 damn cards that I needed.

Big purchase first

Engagement ring from Michael Hill in Perth we played the cancer/not living in Perth card to get them to do the resizing so we could get it before we left tomorrow morning

4 volumes of One Punch Man because I love the anime despite not being a big anime/manga guy.

Starcraft legacy of the void because EB was opposite the jeweler and it was cheaper than battle.net,
Batman mug because there was a Zing built into the back of the EB gamws and I'm sick of throwing out cups from my local coffee place and he is all over the idea of people bringing their own cups.

The last of the 2 Ninja Turtles that Ralph picked up from me because he is a champion and one time when. I'm in the city and he isn't working I'm going to buy him a heap of beers.

Went to Sydney, saw Cohibar and thought that'd be a good idea.
Got a Cohiba Maduro and a whiskey to pair it with. Our tobacco prices are ridiculous. I could literally buy 3 of the damn things imported (and pay duty) cheaper than 1!
