Considering my PC no longer has a dvd/bluray drive I had to bust out my USB 3 Bluray drive. That got it started until I realised I had accidentally plugged it in to a USB 2 socket and it was going to take nearly 3 hours to install just the 5gb from the disc, so I unplugged it and then replugged back into a USB3.0 socket.Sathias wrote:Sigh, FMI
Steam thought I was finished installing it that far and took over the download... now it it's only going to take 3 hours to install the whole lot!
As for the game itself, I just expect it to be buggy, that's what the modders are for. I shouldn't have that attitude but I do. In all the previous games, FO3, FNV, Skyrim I always hated when Bethesda/Obsidian would update the games because they would always break the great work the modders do.
Speaking of modders, there are already mods on the nexus (although most seem to be icons.. ) not sure about the workshop.
While War never changes, games do. Even gaming networks. Time to embrace the new (or learn to mod it out! )
