LFG?

Post by Alkarl » 17 Mar 2016, 21:35

Hey,
Wondering if anyone wants to or knows where to go to start playing tabletop games, preferably D&D but keen to play other games (pretty much anything that could make me slightly more social). In my area the only place I know of is Good Games, and they are a good 20-30 minutes away... also its incredibly loud in there, I can't hear a thing which can be very annoying and immersion breaking. Heard things about online tabletop gaming, but no idea where to start with that either.

I'm in the Newcastle, NSW area by the way if that helps :P

Usually places have gaming groups that meet up regularly...
Check on Facebook for groups if you can. Otherwise maybe ask at any of the local shops you can buy from if they know of groups.

Only reason I know that is because my local gaming group uses it to plan what they are going to play and when the dates are.
And I have finally managed to make it to my first one a couple of weeks ago.
