You can purchase them for $2 each which is good coz there's only so many big macs the average person can eat. Call around and find a store that still has stock of the earlier pink and purple ones.

Edit: Green was last weeks colour so you may be able to find this at some stores still. Blue is this weeks and is pretty much everywhere.

OK, so after my third Big Mac in 24hrs, I've ended up purchasing another 6 of these coke glasses so that I have a set for myself to use... I have another set to stick with all the other complete sets of coke glasses I've been hoarding, and a spare pink/red one to use at work. I'm pretty sure I have one of those bottle shaped ones in charcoal from a few years back at work... so now I have a bottle shaped and a can shaped one to pick from.

For anyone who's interested, the store I went to said that there's only 4 colours in this set of coke glasses so they're all released... sucks as I was liking the look of the lime and charcoal ones. But good in that I don't need to eat another Big Mac.

I've got 2 1500 shifts, then xmas/boxing off, then 7, 7, 19, 15, 15.

Looking forward to 2 days off, the rest of the time is just nuts.

Brother's holidaying in the Philippines atm. He was lucky to stay put and not head south anymore when Tropical Storm Tembin/Vinta went through. Sad thing about the 100+ souls lost in this storm still.

Celebrating the solstice long precedes any religion, so I'm never really sure why any particular religious person feels their religion has dominion over the event. And even if it were religious in origin, like all traditions it morphs with the society around it and its changing demographics, any celebration would be rooted in its time and place.

Which is my long way of saying Merry Christmas y'all!

Went to the gym today to do something active as well as do a pilates class.

Well the class ended up being a virtual class but I only got half the virtual experience... the audio played but there was no video on the screen. I just ended up doing my own pilates routine from what I could remember from the usual pilates instructor I have.

So I really could have done the pilates at any time - lol

Almost completed 3 sets of coke glasses now

Missing an aqua one but I've managed to find one store which has a bit of stock left. Gonna have to wait till Tues when I swing by on the way to work though to pick it up. And then my bro will have his own set as well even though he doesn't care about them - lol

Decided that what I really need to do was step up my fitness (it's gone down over the last couple of years), so I stumbled across a video of people doing 100 push-ups a day for a month and thought that sounds like the kind of thing I need to do. 6 days into it (broken into 10*10 push-ups dispersed throughout the day) and I'm starting to wonder how long until my arms just decide to fall off. Also I have no idea how I'll keep it up when I'm back at work on Tuesday.

Trying to use the last couple of days before work as an opportunity to learn Unity. Going through a basic tutorial now before I start on the New Year's drinking.

The past year with dealing with mum's breast cancer, her recovery and then dad's gall bladder/respiratory infection issues has somewhat worn me down. I'd love to continue lazing around in my spare time but something production in life is needed also. Kinda needs to include a higher paying job to account for my escalating expenses in a month's time.

But I've started back at the gym beyond just pilates again. Doing tabata intervals on the rower and my back muscles are definitely getting a workout... they're still sore from Wed/Thurs.

Probably multiple problems... addiction to coke glasses, high cholesterol and an empty wallet.

In at work and it turns out they've moved desks on our team in the time I had off. Luckily only part of the section was moved, so I was able to find someone who knew where I was meant to be.

Only downside to the move is someone on the floor has a 'deadly peanut allergy'. Since we often cook with peanuts (and use peanut oil) and I usually eat leftovers for lunch, this is gonna require a change in my eating habits.

Finally home after a month of house sitting my brothers place and their dogs. It was fun, but while my place isn't the palace that his is... it's mine and set up the way I like it.
