I had the bright idea I'd stock up on flour and yeast so I can make my own english muffins... it turns out yeast is fucking impossible to get now. I almost bought a cheap homebrew kit just for the yeast.
I've been told by a few bakers that brewer's yeast is a reasonably good substitute. Might check out my local homebrew shop today.
I should test things more thoroughly. Seems my USB2.0 ports work and at least the audio out port on the top panel also works (Win 10 . And here I was almost running down to Office works to get myself a 3.5mm jack splitter and extension cable.
Needs to be at least 60% alcohol and preferably higher to work as a disinfectant. You'll probably just get the bugs drunk!
