Yeah, he's pretty backwards in a lot of ways, wont hire women of child bearing age or women with kids, doesn't believe in sick leave, doesn't think anyone should leave the office on time (they should do extra, just because!) and has no understanding of company morale and that happy employees are more productive employees.
